How to use:

Add 2 level tablespoons (13g) once daily to hot or cold drinks, smoothies, yoghurt or soups. Consistency wins.

    Pop your water, coffee or smoothie in the glass first (best to avoid carbonated drinks). Then add the collagen. It just behaves better that way.
  2. Warm wins (when it suits)
    Cold works, but a warm drink helps the powder dissolve faster. Think tea-temperature rather than boiling.

    Gently dust the collagen in from above so it spreads out on the surface before it sinks.
  4. Give it a moment
