Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nuda Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nutrition products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@nudanutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exceptions

  • Sale items and promotional bundles are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and batch code for assistance.
